Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with Living Legends to be simple and clear, from placing your order to receiving it. Since every T-shirt is made specifically for your order, please take a moment to check your selections before placing it.

Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Once your order is confirmed, we usually prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

  • 1–4 business days for metro cities
  • 4–7 business days for the rest of India

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and factors such as public holidays, extreme weather or courier delays.

Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping
Cash on Delivery: ₹49 COD handling charge

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to your registered email address.

You can also track your order from your Living Legends account by going to Orders → Track Order for the respective Order ID.

If you don't receive your order confirmation or shipping email, please contact us and we'll be happy to check it for you.

Your Order Is Made Just for You

We don't keep our T-shirts pre-made in bulk. Each T-shirt is prepared after you place your order according to the design, colour and size you selected.

Because your T-shirt is made specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not available for personal preferences or mistakes made while selecting your order.

This includes:

  • Selecting the wrong size, colour or design
  • Not liking the fit, colour or design
  • Changing your mind
  • No longer wanting the product

Cancellation & Order Changes

Cancellation — Within 1 Hour

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

After 1 hour, cancellation may no longer be possible as your order may have already moved into preparation. There are no cancellation charges for eligible cancellations.

Need to Change Your Size or Colour?

Made a mistake while ordering? Don't worry.

You can contact us within 12 hours of placing your order by email or phone to request a change such as size, colour or other order details.

We'll do our best to make the change if your order hasn't already been prepared or packed. After that, we may not be able to modify the order because it may already have been sent for preparation and packing.

If We Send Something Wrong

If the mistake is from our side, we'll take responsibility and help make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:

  • A different design than ordered
  • A different colour than ordered
  • A different size than ordered
  • A damaged or defective T-shirt
  • A completely incorrect product

Please share your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. After reviewing it, we'll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each T-shirt is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the product received matches your order but:

  • You selected the wrong size, colour or design
  • You don't like the fit, colour or design
  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the product

We recommend checking your order confirmation carefully and contacting us within the 12-hour modification window if anything needs to be changed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the issue has been reviewed.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

For COD orders, the approved refund may be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

The ₹49 COD handling charge is non-refundable.
