Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want your experience with Living Legends to be easy from checkout to delivery — and sorted quickly if anything goes sideways. Here's how it all works.
Shipping
We currently ship across India.
Once your order is confirmed, we usually process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are, though remote areas may need a little longer.Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders (orders paid online).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A COD handling fee of ₹50 is applicable for all Cash on Delivery orders. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Delays now and then are out of our hands — courier hold-ups, weather, festive rush — but if your order seems stuck, just reach out and we'll chase it for you.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 48h of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Just email us at [your email] with your order number. Once an order is shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you may be able to return it (see below).
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact

A few things can't be returned for hygiene or practical reasons — innerwear, personal care items, sale or clearance products, customised items. We'll always flag these clearly on the product page.
To start a return, email us at care.livinglegends@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on why. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't what you ordered, we're sorry — and we'll make it right. Please reach out within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and check it over, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show up in your account.
