Refund & Exchange Policy

Made Just for You

At Living Legends, every T-shirt is made after you place your order, according to the design, colour and size you select. We don't keep these T-shirts pre-made in bulk.

Because each order is made specifically for you, we can only offer a return, exchange or refund when the issue is from our side.

When We Accept a Return or Exchange

If you receive:

  • A different design from what you ordered
  • A different colour from what you ordered
  • A different size from what you ordered
  • A damaged or defective T-shirt
  • A completely incorrect product

we're sorry for the mistake and will help make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Available

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You selected the wrong size, colour or design
  • You don't like the fit, colour or design after receiving it
  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the product

Since the T-shirt was made specifically according to your selection, we cannot put it back into our regular stock.

If you realise that you selected something incorrectly, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to modify the order before it goes into preparation.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days after the refund is confirmed.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Approved refunds may be sent to your bank account or UPI ID.
  • COD handling fee: The ₹49 COD fee is non-refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may take a little additional time to reflect the refund.
