Who can use the site
You should be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you're younger, you're welcome to use the site with a parent or guardian handling the order.
*Your account*
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Products, pricing and availability
We do our best to show our products accurately, but slight variations in colour or detail can happen depending on your screen. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or pull a product from sale at any time. If a genuine pricing or listing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, it's an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment goes through and we've accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order in unusual situations, such as a stock issue or a suspected error, and you'll be refunded if anything was charged.
What belongs to us
Everything on this site — our name, logo, designs, images, and content — belongs to Living Legends or our partners and is protected under applicable law. Please don't copy, reuse, or sell any of it without our written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it runs, or attempt to access parts of it you're not meant to. We'd rather not have to say it, but we reserve the right to restrict access if it's misused.
Liability
We work hard to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but we provide the site "as is." To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida sec 27, Uttar Pradesh, India.
